Is My Diet the problem?
hey guys, ive been working really hard and ive seen to be stuck on the same size arms. my weight is going up but not all that much. i was seeing if maybe someone can add something to my diet or tell me what to take out, so i can GROW! i know my workout is fine, its already been critiqued on here, well heres my diet... tell me what you think! this is not cutting, im trying to gain weight!
stats are 5'9 160
10:00- glass of milk, oatmeal, and a banana
12:00- 2-3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
3:00- 2 or 4 scoop shake, cyto gainer or Ham/cheese sandwhich
6:00- Dinner(whatever parents make, usually chicken, or steak, and heathy veggies)
9:00- oatmeal, milk
11:00- 2 or 4 scoop shake(depends on how much i take in at 3:00)
*i thought i was eating a lot, but now that i look at it, it looks like nothing!! my shakes are 900 calories and 56grams of protein!

It may not be the only factor, but it's certainly a contributor!

The above is a tried and true approach to bulking.

Tuna is cheap dude... .50 a can or so, eat 1 1/2 of those along with some carbs or fats and youve got yourself a meal.
Think of it as an investment in a bigger, better you

Yes, your diet IS the issue.
Example: PB&J sandwiches as a meal won't do jack diddly sh*t in attaining new muscle.
I'd make the changes ASAP.

horrid diet
not enuff lean meats to much milk and the only real efa's you get are from your peanut butter sandwhiches but i doubt those are ALL NATTY. so i would say 0 efa's moderate amount of complex carbs and slim to none on quality protein. barely adaquate for maintaining.
