10lbs of muscle by July 1st... been on strict diet for a little over a week now so it would be somewhere around 12 weeks on a strict diet, a clean bulk mainly.

well someone brought up the fact of muscle memory...i recently lost 25lbs of fat and muscle in a very short time because of time in a hospital and I'm hoping to get atleast 10 of it back by summer time so I don't look like I never stepped foot in a gym...and what do you mean by the long you do it because I know the longer youve been training its harder to make progress but are you tlaking about the long your on a diet?

10 lbs. of solid lean fat free mass in 3 months?
Not likely considering pros can barely (if that) put on 10 lbs. of "clean" muscle in a year on 1000's mgs of stuff.
Good luck though, I just don't see it happening. 10 lbs, yes, 10 lbs. of nothing but lean muscle tissue, no.

Muscle memory is not a myth. I knew a guy who was a 6'6" bean poll w/ 13" arms at one time. Several cycles later, and w/ GH I might add, he had 20 inchers. Then he caught limes disease. Back down to 151/2 inchers in like a year. I met him and he got all inspired to train again after like two or three years off. Well, one 10 wk cycle of test and dbol , and voila'! Back to 19 inchers!
