Find another approach before you begin.

Bad_Man's suggestion about the cutting thread is a good one.

What kind of shakes are those? I'm getting around 200 grams of protien - not incuding your shakes. I really doubt that diet equals 400+grams of protien and 3900-4000 calories.

Word. Milk is basically sugar water, regardless of the fat content.

Looks more like a bulking diet, than a cutting diet.

Dont over dramatize milk bro. I think comparing it to coke is about as over the top as comparing white bread to whole wheat. Not all sugars are created equal and certainly lactose is far and away different than high fructose corn syrup.
The biggest issue I see in the diet is the number of calories consumed and the choice of white rice in meal two. I dont see a PWO shake or PPWO meal which is something I would alter. I could live with the milk in meal one given the amount of fiber and protein consumed in conjunction. That should limit the GI response. With that said about meal #1, I dont see much reason for the 2 C milk in meal #5. If you want a dairy product for calcium needs why not go with cheese in your eggs instead?

I would go with something similar to this:
    Meal #1 P/C (oats)
    Meal #2 P/F
    Meal #3 P/F
Meal #4 P/C (PWO) [post workout shake]
    Meal #5 P/C (PPWO)
    Meal # 6 P/F

How many carbs are in those shakes? Sounds like a lot. Anything that says gainer probably isn't optimal for fat loss.

justin truthfully, you know what your doing. think your 18 years old, and your body fat is 8 percent. and you drink milk all the time and you eat hot pockets, you never have had a diet and your bf is low, and ive never seen you do cardio EVER lol, come on man, just do what you want. at 18 years old and weighing in a 180 with 8 percent body fat and benching 405, i think you know what your body needs. just eat like you have, just add cardio to your workouts and you will lean up a little more!
