    Heres a few Diet Samples,i Worked on....(CRITICIZE)

    Diet for my test/eq/dbol cycle


    Meal 1
    16 egg whites
    1cup oats

    meal 2(post workout)
    Whey protein shake(50-60g)
    Carb drink (90-110g) matodextrin or dexrose

    meal 3(1 hour later)
    16 egg whites
    1cup oats

    meal 4
    10oz. Eye of Round steak
    8oz. sweet potato

    meal 5
    12oz tuna(in water)
    2 cups brown rice

    meal 6
    12oz tuna
    2 cups brown rice

    meal 7(before bed)
    1 pound fat free cottage cheese

    MEAL 1
    1 cup Oatmeal
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 banana

    MEAL 2
    1 cup cottage cheese
    4 slices whole grain bread
    2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

    MEAL 3
    8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
    1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

    DURING WORKOUT:
    Ultra Fuel

    MEAL 4 (post workout meal)
    8 oz. skim milk (mix with protein shake)
    protein shake
    16 oz 100% grape juice with glutamine

    MEAL 5
    8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
    1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

    MEAL 6
    3 cans tuna
    4 slices whole grain bread

    MEAL 7
    8oz.Steak
    1 medium Potato
    some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)

    really depends on what the persons goals and current stats and AS experience/current use status is. they all look pretty well balanced, a few tihngs can be changed, but they look like one is for massing, one for cutting etc. (all have very different nutritional totals)

    Just quickly reading through them, it looks like if you're tying to bulk, you need to add some fat and more calories. But, on meal #1, diet #1 I would eat only 12 egg whites and 2 yolks.

    Need some more FOOD to bulk.... in my opinion.

    y r u just goin to eat right y u r on a cycle. shouldnt u do it all the time. might want to add a few cal to that 2

    i think u guys lose some of your possible gains by keeping the calories so low when bulking dont worry so much about gaining some fat it is easily taking care of with some diet
