Diet and goals critique away!!
Meal 1: 10 egg whites 2 slices turkey breast/1 cup oats n 2 sliceswheat bread
meal 2: 8-10 oz lean hamburger meat or steak and flax oil
meal 3: Chicken breast/ 1 and half cup of brown rice
meal 4: 2 cans tuna/1tablespoon mayo and half tbsp of flax oil
workout
meal 5: 45 grams whey/ 90 grams dex
meal 6 (hour later) Chicken breast and sweet potatoe
meal 7 1 can Tuna w/ olive oil
meal 8 25 grams whey 25 grams casein/ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter.
How does this diet look for a VERY LEAN bulk. I am going to be very strict on this diet and have 1 cheat meal a week. I am currently 8 % bf at 5'11 208lbs.
I will be doing my first cycle this summer and it will be
week 1-10 test e 500mgs/week
week 1-15 nolva 10mgs/day (may bump to 20mgs if i get bloated bad from the test)
week 12-15 clomid standard 300/100/50 therapy
my goal is to get to around 225 lbs and 7-8%bf. Is this possible with this diet and will this diet keep me from getting too bloated?

Total up your pro/fat/carbs for meals and the day, itll be easier to tell.

i will be doing cardio 2-3 times a week for 30-45 min on empty stomach.

Not bad... you might add 20 or so more grams of fat.

should i just add more fat to each meal in order to get fats up to where they need to be?

getbig, your diet looks good to me. The only things i would consider is maybe switching meal3 and meal4, depending on what time you eat it compared to when you workout. Also maybe add some green veggies in a couple meals if you're a bottomless pit like me(also for the fiber and nutrients). I stay hungry 24/7. also you could add some nuts to meal 7 and 4 for a little more pro/fat if you want. peanuts and tuna actually tastes really good to me at least...that should give you the extra fat that you need too. Your diet is VERY similar to mine. Good luck with it. and make sure you measure that dextrose out right!

on a side note, if you don't feel that you are gaining the weight you want then just eat a little more in each meal. It looks fine to me though. I think 17 lbs is a reasonable/very attainable goal. and also for you cycle, i would strongly recommend adding a jumpstart (such as propionate ) and extending it to 12 weeks. Just from my experiences though. You will see why if you don't. Waiting for the test to kick in SUCKS!! Good luck bro.

fitnessguy thanx bro/ yea i will definately add some green veggies i forgot all about veggies when i wrote out this diet/ i will look into the prop thing for sure!
