Diet check please
was up guys,
I would like to know how's my lean mass diet looks.
I am 200lbs about 10%bf. Workout 4 times a week,and do cardio 3 times a week for 30 min. Would love some andvice.
Meal 1
1 banana
2 scoops whey
3/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
Meal 2
3/4 cottage cheese (no salt added)
4 oz chicken breast
3 tbsp peanut butter
some veggis
Meal 3
5 oz chicken breast
1 cup converted rice
1 cup broccoli
Meal 4 pre-workout
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)
Meal 5 post-workout
2 scoops whey
75g dextrose
Meal 6 PPWO
5oz chicken
1 cup white rice
Meal 7
2 scoops whey
1.5 tbsp flax seed oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
Cals about 3500 Pro 365 Carbs 315 Fat 88

i would change 2 things, up the cardio to 45 mins 5-7 times a week (in the morning on empty stomach) and change the rice in meal 3 to a fat, perhaps almonds or something

make it tuna or somthin in meal 4. and only 2 meals with 88g's fat? you sure.

just make sure whatever you chose it is something you can actually stand eating, too many start these diets and just throw togethor what offers the best source, and they end up quiting the diet because it becomes disgusting.
