Pudding Pops
I have heard people say that no sugar added, fat free pudding pops are ok to have while dieting. I have also hear the caramel rice cakes are ok too. I went out and bought them and I started out having them once in a while. Now I have one pudding pop and one rice cake a day. Is it bad to eat it everyday?

Well, are you on a strict cutting diet, bulking diet, what kind of diet?
I don't see any harm in it for a snack if you gotta have food.
How far apart are your meals?

You really think 10 calories and 3 grams of carbs are going to hinder my gains that much?

Why bother? Especially the rice cakes.
I either diet all out or don't, it's a personal choice I guess.
Have fun!

That must be some nutritionist!
Remember that just because you hear something, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
Gather data from numerous sources, and make your own informed decision. Don't do something because "I heard" or "A friend does", etc.

There's more than one way to skin a cat, but your asking about what everyone thinks is best.
