    100%whole grain breads

    these are the only types of breads that i eat so im woundering if the carbs in these are good. if they have a high or low gi rating.2 slices has like 45g carbs .and would it be good a tuna sandwich with this bread about 1/2 hour pre-wo.sandwich is 45g carbs and 34g pro. 375cals but i am bulking.

    If you're bulking don't even worry about it. Just EAT EAT EAT!!!

    And that meal looks fine, don't add mayo though if you're worried about fat gain, no mixink fats and carbs!

    Yes, whole wheat products are good carbs.
