Any veggie is good while cutting, I have it all the time.

Just avoid carotts, pees and corn!

I wouldnt say that all veggies are good for cutting, but I think a cuc is ok.

Cucumbers do not have any fiber, but are good for cutting as they are low glycemic and low calories.
