Help-BadMeat and Diet Issues
i take 3 meals to work w/ me this is how they look
Meal1
3.5oz Turkey Breast 31gPro
5ozSalmon ~30-35gPro
3/4cup asparagus
Meal2
7-8oz Turkey breast ~70gPro
1/3 Cupt Brown Rice
3/4 Cup Broccoli or Asparagus
1tbs bbq sauce has like < 2suguars
Meal3 Repeat2
Well today in Meal 1 i noticed the turkey i cooked last night had blue spots looked like veins on it. i forced it down but it tasted sour. Salmon was also sour tasting after eating turkey. Now i have slight stomache cramps and nothing sounds good At the moment. As for the rest of the day i kinda picked at my 2nd meal but only got maybe half down.
ANYWAYS heres the question:
How after my leg workout today which is in 1hr can i make up for the loss of this protein intake?! if possible.

because now im behind about 115gPro which is good because im trying to lean out but didnt wanna deduct from protein

Your body can only utilize so much protein at a time, so I would guess no. I would say just keep truckin.

We all falter now and then, some more often and worse that others. In your case I'll bet it's not that often. Wouldn't worry that much. I'm sure a pre work-out shake would help you from being catabolized during your leg workout.
