I occasionally substitute some apple juice with 40-50 grams of dextrose mixed in rather than 80-100 grams dextrose, just for a change here and there. Anyways, I have been recently mixing my apple juice, dextrose, and vanilla whey in a blender and it rocks!!! Just thought to share.
