    Cla

    This might be the wrong forum, if it is I am sorry. I told my friend I was dieting and he gave me a bottle of CLA. Does anyone know the purpose of take CLA and what it is? It says it is Safflower seeds. Is it an essential fat?

    Safflower oil has EFAs in it. Don't know what CLA is.

    5-10 grams spread out over the course of the day works very well.
