Right now Im 9 weeks out of comp, and Im getting about 2700 calories, 280gr protein, 280gr carbs and 46gr fat. Im not cycling now but in 2 weeks I will all the way through my competition. It will be test prop 150mg eod and winny at 50 mg eod, along with 10mg nolva ed. Should I leave my calories the same or up them a bit.
