    Best WeightGainer & supplements to take with DiaNabols??

    I just sTarTed takeing DianaBols and i wanted to Get a few opinions On which Weight gainer & supplements and any products i can take to get up to at least 220lbs frm 165lbs....i'm 20 years old & 6'1 but to **** skinny....Plzzz help.....I have been cpounting my calories and everything for the past 2 weeks trying to eat about 500 calories a week more. Any Info would be appreciated. Thanx

    read bulking stickies at top... research as much as possible learn plan and set up a reasonable goal. make sure your diet is in tact. after reading stickies create a nutritional plan of your own post it on here and we will critique it for you to the best of our knowledge which for some peeps is extensive. then you must fallow it the best you can. Seeing how diet is 80% of your physique and synergetic w/ AAS you should start from the base(FOOD) and work your way up.

    Food is the most anabolic substance there is, sir.

    How many calories are you eating per day? How many grams of protein/fat/carbs?

    165-220 unless u take gh and test, you'll need lots of time to grow...
    only 20? try food, rest, heavy lifting, oh and lots of time.......
    but then again everyone is diff

    umm... thats like 55lbs and if he wants quality mass for that 55lbs i dont think there is a substance on earth going to give him that mass in the alotted time'frame he has in his mind

    yeah dude, one cycle ain't gonna get you to 220 from 165. You be lucky if you are 195 after the cycle is up. Then subtract water weight, and some of the muscle you will lose from the hormonal change. If you hit 180-185 after you PCT, that would be good, considering everything goes well.

    You would prolly need a minumum of 3 cycles to get to a solid 220.

    If you wanna just get to 220 regardless of composituion, than just eat 10,000 cals a day, and you might. But i wouldn't recomend that.
