Steak! What are the best cuts??

I like to eat steak once a week.

What are the leanest cuts available?
Where can i get them? Anywhere on line?
Would I be better going with buffalo meat?

This has been posted before but it is a good reference: http://www.muscletech.com/FEATURES/K...paration.shtml

You should be able to get most (if not all) cuts at a grocery store or butcher. Buffalo meat is good, but not really different than the leaner cuts of beef.

Too bad good beef is so ****ed expensive now. A nice USDA Prime Porterhouse will set you back about $13-15.

I remember reading in MD they had a list of all the cuts of beef along with their protein and fat content. Top round came out the highest protein and lowest fat. Plus its a very cheap cut of meat. The downside? Its about as moist as a rubber slipper.
