omg in the fall I'm going to eat them like candy!

I'm debating wether or not to throw this shake in for breakfast... Whats a good way to get rid of bacteria in the eggs and keep them liquid? Can you microwave them for a short period of time?

WTF Lechithin, isn't that the ingredient in the non stick cooking spray that prevents things from sticking to the pan. What does that do for you.

Does it say the nutritional information for that shake must be a lot of fat in there ?

There is a reason for fat in a diet, yes, but drinking a shake like this is pointless.

I believe he said this so his COMPETITION would hear what he was doing, try it for themselves, and ruin their respective physiques.

    Tricky bastard.
