Gaining muscle mass while staying ultra lean
I'll try this again....In less than i a month i will be starting my first cycle. It will be test e only @ 500mgs.
I am gonna be bulking on this cycle but trying to stay as LEAN as possible. I am 20 208 5'11 @ 8-10%. My ultimate goal is to be 225 @ 8% by the end of this cycle. My approach is going to be eat around 3700 cals rather than the 2700-3000 i am eating to maintain the bodyfat percentage i am at right now. I figure the extra 700 cals will be enough for me to lean bulk on this cycle. I am going to cardio 4-6 times a week at moderate intensity to begin with and will adjust accordingly.
here is the diet
8:00 cardio on empty stomach for 30-40 min
9:15 Meal 1- 8 egg whites 1 scoop protein/ 1 cups oats and 2 slices of wheat bread
11:30 Meal 2- Lean hamburger meat/ with flax and veggies
1:30 Meal 3- Chicken breast/ 1.5 cups brown rice
3:45 Meal 4- 2 cans tuna/mayo
4:45 workout
5:45pwo 1 40 pro/80 dex
6:45 chicken breast/ 1 sweet potatoe or 1/2 cup brown rice
9:30 tuna/flax
11:30 25gcasein 25g whey/Natural peanut butter.
I usually try to wait 3 hours after a carb meal before i eat but i will only be waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes in order to put more meals in there. Is everything set up right to meet my goals for my first cycle.??/.

looks good but i would keep cardio around 40-45 min and make sure NOT to exceed 65%MHR infact i would say at 60% if at all possible

Whatever approach you take, do it and do it for a good amount of time, re-evaluate, and adjust if needed.

It's impossible to speculate knowing nada about your training history, current look, genetics, etc.
