Vegies and carbs question
I was reading over the cutting sticky and it says that Fibrous veggies are a staple, but keep in mind that they don't count towards intake.....
The one sample meal has a meal with lean protein and veggies for meal 3. Since it says that veggies don't count, is that meal a lean protein only more or less?
I might be reading too much into it, but I am trying to get together a cutting diet, and it would be easy for me to have a meal or two with just lean protein and veggies. Would the veggies not count towards carbs? On this meal am I going to burn the protein for energy?
