after my workout i take whey and honey,i take 35g of whey is this too little and how much honey should you add at the min im just guessing.
same with my shake during the day 35g of whey and 2 teaspoons of olive oil is this enough?

i'd substitute the honey for dextrose, it's just easier to measure out and reaches the bloodstream faster. If you're taking 35g of whey pwo , you'd need 70g of dextrose. If you're set on using honey, use about four tablespoons (about 1/4 cup)
