    How do ppl grow on this?

    This kid at the gym is bigger than me. He's my new unoficial training partner. I asked him what he eats and he's like " well today i ate pretty good. This morning i had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, then later i had a really thick turky sandwich. Not sure what im gonna eat for dinner. I think i'll go home and have a bunch of hotdogs."(He was serious).
    He's not real fat either. Small hips and waste, a little soft up top though.
    I asked him if he takes any protein supps and he's like "No, I know i should though. But i do take ZMA, to like increase my tepstosterome or somethin."(thats his pronunciation of testosterone ,lol!)
    I almost said "If that was what you eat on a good day, what the hecks a bad day look like!?" but i didnt wanna offend him cuz he seems innocently oblivious to good nutrition.
    Must be genetic thing i guesse. Just a little irritating when i think about all the effort and cooking and planning i put into my diet regimen.Lol.

    But how big is he? Is he like 175 or so, or 230+??

    this is probably the first yr i have done anything such as a real pwo meals, and cutting my carbs this much.. i'm usually never over 150 carbs a day!!!
    i use to eat a lb of pasta a day, yup, one box, plus ice tea, 3-4 hamburgers ed, chicken, at least 3 shakes.. no exageration.. i would always hit 4,000 calories.. the sad thing is that i didn't look bad at all, keeping myself pretty cut, but as you get older for most people, it stops... actually, i always take that "dirty" approach when gaining.
    my cheat meal last sat. was 1 entire brick oven pizza w/ toppings, calamari, baked clams, a chicken dinner and spumoni, i have problems, i out eat my 250 lb friends. enough of this long post, sorry
