Post Work Out Shake Amounts
i am 6'0 215 lbs
i use about 50gr protein 80 carbs as dexstrose someone told too low
what the correct anount for my needs

The rule of thumb is 2:1, I as many as many other people here us 40 grams of protein and about 80 grams of dex in my post workout shake.

thats what i been doing somone on here told me those stats would be for 160lber i dk im gonna stay 40pr 80carb

I think 50g of protein and 80g of dex is fine... It also depends on what muscle group(s) were worked. A bigger muscle would require a larger amount than the smaller muscle groups...IMO

50g of protein and 100g of dex. I use 45g protein and 90g dex.

my body has a research paper on this topic to find the optimum PWO shake, when i get it ill post, i read it and it is nuts they really went in depth when finding this out right down to the molecular structure,,, i remember the basics of it
basically the 2:1 ratio but split up into 2 shakes evenly...
1st: must be taken imediately following weight training
500ml water
20g of pro
20g dextrose
20g maltro
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2nd shake same as first but 15min later, and sip gradually for 45 min!

wow if thats thats alot of work
i hope 50gr protein powder 4 sccops ultra fuel is good enough
