If you want to curb your sweet tooth, use Dex in your PWO shake, it's pure sugar!!

try using sugar free foods such as sugar free jellow/pudding. After a while these do get old.. but are good in some cases.

if your bulking i wouldnt worry to much about it, as long as your getting your protein in. But brownies have no place in a cutting diet.

There are so many low carb no sugar deserts on the market today your post astonds me. You dont eat ice ream or coockies. There are currently cookies on the market with 20 grams of protien, 22g of carb, and 0 grams of sugar. Not too hard to find low carb ice cream these days. Its not the greatest thing in the world for you, but it you find your sugar addition so taxing, I don't understand that going back is the ONLY alternative that you see. Do you consider yourself a committed person?

In reality, if you live in the USA, many and even most products no longer use aspertime and now use sucralose (Splenda) as a sweetner. Other sweetners used are malitol and lactitol, whuich are alchol sweetners that do not affect blood sugar levels.
