    diets

    Hey guys...I seem to have trouble finding out how to eat right....I recently completed quit eating out..NO burgers fries **** like that....so obviously I am eating a lot better...I try to have eggs for breakfast or oatmeal....for lunch I always eat a sandwich with some fruit..and for dinner I just fix something...usually with chicken or beef...To make a long story short I was wanting to know everybodys diet...

    You will end up with 98988 responses if you ask for everyone's diet, as everyone is different.

    It all depends on whether or not you're cutting/bulking/lean bulking, etc.......

    Read the threads labelled "ATTENTION" at the top of the Diet forum to get you started....

    Hey bro did you check out the stickys up top? If you are interested in setting up a diet plan for youself regardless of goal, check them out. That's going to be your best guideline.

    Dammit, the black superman beat me to the response

    Anyway bro check out the Gain LBM type of diet for sho. I don't think there is another board out there that gives better diet advice than this one so you are in the right place!

    It's cool you cut out fast food, but physique wise it's still just as easy to eat the wrong kinds of things at home.
