Post Cardio Nutrition
I do AM cardio a few times a week and have read on here that the post-cardio meal should be pro/fat.......why is that?.....Would pro/carb really be that bad?

Pro/fat is suggested because it doesn't cause an insulin spike like a pro/carb meal would.
A pro/carb meal is fine if you wait 45mins or so after cardio. You should wait 15-20mins post cardio before a pro/fat meal. Either is fine. I like pro/carb eggwhites/oats myself....

Yup, it depends on your goals, energy etc..
If I don't have AM Oats, then I'm relying on PWO Dex and PPWO Rice/Yams/Oats for my energy... not enough alot of the time!
