check out this diet and correct me
How does this look?
I was in a pinch for breakfast, ate one of my pre-made meals.
meal 1, 1 chicken breast, pasta shells, about 1.5cups cooked with a slice of fat free cheese
meal 2, 1 chicken breast, 4 asparagas spears, 1/2 cup white rice
meal 3, Wendy's 1 small chili, 1 plain baked pototao
meal 4, 1 can tuna with fatty mayo some relish mixed in a bowl-eat with a spoon
meal 5, PWO shake, 2 scoops vanilla egg protein with water, and apple juice (8 oz) mixed well.
meal 6, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup white rice, some soy sauce
meal 7, 6 oz. lean ground beef, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, or spinach or both mixed well

What are you trying to accomplish and what are your stats? Whether it be bulking or cutting, read the sticky that applies at the top of the page in the diet forum. Then make a new diet, post it in this thread, the diet you listed above wouldn't be optimal for cuttin or bulking.

not optimal for cutting or bulking? hrmm I want to gain some mass but not be too sloppy about it.
im 170 lbs, 5'7 no shoes, 12/13% bf
