    Nutritional tables online?

Hey, does anyone know where I could find nutritional tables online? Showing calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc. The food profiles on anabloic review were great, looking for more foods though. Anyone seen anything like this?

    Cool Never seen one, but...

I haven't seen any online resources, but if you want a comprehensive guie to nutritional counts that lists both generic and brand name products (as well as fast food restaurant items), head to any bookstore and check out Corine Netzler's Book of Food Counts. It's available as a fairly inexpensive paperback of several hundred pages and lists everything but the kitchen sink.

xenithon, thanks a bunch for that tip! I saw the online DB and it seemed a bit unweildy to use, but if I can download the data and program my own interface--that rocks! (Yes, I am a geek!)

Here's another table of caloric & other values; it's not as comprehensive, but it's also a lot faster to use, it's just one big page:

I use www.fitday.com It has a nice set up and keeps track of all that you need. Prot, carb, fat, vitamins, minerals. And the database is huge. everything is in there. It also allows you to edit and create new foods.
it has a time vs. weight scale to show your progress. It is a dope site.

    The Protien Counter by Annette B Natow Ph.D, R.D AND Jo-Ann Heslin, M.A. , R.D.

This one is the best that I have found so far includeing even fast food values as well.
