    high glycemic carbs

    does anyone no what foods or supps. these types of carbs can be found in.

    only supp i can think of that had a high GI Carb is a weight gainner shake or this stuf by ABB calld carbo force

    The whiter it is, the higher the GI. Just as a very general rule-of-thumb. For instance, table sugar has a very high GI, white rice is higher than brown, etc...

    i am supposed to take a high gi carb with my purecee any ideas on what i should use

    creatine purecee from scotts finest u can get it at the AF store

    I've heard of guys mixing their creatine with grape juice to get a GI burst. I suppose any kind of juice would work.
