I am trying to decide if i need to buy casein protein or not.
Would the Npb slow the absorption of whey down long enough for whey to last through the night?

Whole meals should (except pwo) always be favored over a dietary supplement. Watch out for saturated fats in casein. Although casein is the slowest digesting protein, egg protein is not far behind it so this may be a better choice...and obviously you would not want whey. Personally, I'd say stick with the real food. If nothing else, throw in a scoop of egg protein with your meal.

yes pre work out i take ~4g of bcaa, 4.5g Glutamine, citruline mallate, and some other glyconutritional supps then pwo i take the usualy 50/100 pro/dex, ~4g of bcaa, 4.5g Glutamine and a shower.Quote:
