    dextrose advice

    I am doing a new program and lifting twice a day now. I orginally did 105g dex with 52.5 protein. I was thinking of doing 68g dex and 26 protein (about 3:1 ratio) now after each lift. what do you guys think? Appreciate the help

    Not a well known name.
    I would stick with the 2:1 ratio. What is the reason you wanted to switch to 3:1?

    2:1 should synthesize all consumed protein. More dex will spike your blood sugar more and for longer, but there won'tbe any protein left, which is the point of taking the dex.
