bulking critique
5'10ish 11.5% BF 18years old want to gain 10 pounds of muscle within the fastest amount of time without gaining too much fat. will be doing am cardio 4 times a week.
pro/carb
1. 9 egg whites, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 scoop nitrotech whey
pro/fat
2. 12oz sirlion cut steak, 2 tblspoon n.pbutter
****workout****
3. PWO 30g protein 30g malto 30g dex
pro/carb
4. PPWO 8-12oz chicken breast 1/2cup rice
pro/fat
5.12oz sirlion, almonds and peanuts
pro/fat
6. 40g nighttime protein (nitrotech) mixed with 2 tablespoon n.pbutter
thats my plan, about 230g protein i think? i just finished cutting diet which lasted about a month and one half, it helped drastically but now its time to keep BF low and get bigger muscles
anyway, i know flax oil is very good, but its not a very tangible food to eat. is npeanut butter okay to replace with nighttime meal? should i keep 40/40/20 pro/carb/fat ratio? well thats the story thanks for taking time to read it!Last edited by bigdogc; 04-19-2005 at 08:21 PM.

12 oz sirloin is a LOT.... I'd definately reduce it to 6 or 8. Also you don't need flax or peanut butter, steak has plenty of fat.
