    I know it's natural sugar basicly been adding about table spoon onto my oatmeal, to make it bit more bearable to eat(contest diet) Doesn't seem to be affecting my conditing, but my question is what type of sugar , i know it's not dextrose or Surchose(sp)... anybody?

    i am not 100% sure about it but I think molasses has a similar content to honey. please correct me if i am wrong. if not, the usual composition is around:
    35% fructose
    35% glucose
    28% water
    2% sucrose
