    gatorade bad for cutting?

    does gatorade have too many calories in it to be in ur diet when cutting? i drink about 32 ounces of it during my workout and notice i have more energy with it than when i drink water. i'm one of those people that is skinny everywhere but my belly. and it seems to never go away. i was thinking about clen but i dunno how its taken and am currently on eca stack. still working out my diet but having a lot of trouble knowing which foods to buy.

    hey man im in ur same boat. I wanna start bulking VERY SOON!!! but wanna get rid of this belly first, its such a slow process, and annoying cause i look really small, but am vvery strong, just cant bulk untill i get my gut in check. About the gatorade i think im gonna start drnking like 12 oz before workout, ive lowered my carbs n am getting alittle tired, id lke to see responces to this. Also can i be more leanant with liquid carbs???

    I have a gatorade every now and then, but I empty most of it out, and put water in it, stills gives you a little sugar and flavor. Not ideal, but can't be that bad.
