Just wondering what percentage of my caloric maintenance level I should shoot for while cutting.
How much do you weigh, height. What is your goal weight after cutting ?

6'2" 210 lbs right now... I was 215-216 when I started cutting three weeks ago.
I am shooting for probably 195 (Don't wanna extend the diet farther than June 15th 2005 which leaves me about 7 weeks)
