soy milk is okay every once in awhile, but it is the worst form of protein for men..it has been medically proven to increase estrogen production and cause mood swings if taken in amounts higher than 25-30 grams/day
Id rather drink real milk :)
I love the stuff, but if you get it make sure that you get a low carb variety or at least a no sugar added. Doesn't taste too much like milk, but its white and cold. Personally, I never drink cow milk any more.Quote:
