its very simple, yet ohhh soo good

3 chicken breasts grilled up in a pan, when there done throw on 2 slices of fat free yellow amer cheese(5 grams of protein each, zero fat, 2 net carbs) and let it melt, when its done throw it on a plate, and squirt on 1 serving of ZERO carb ranch/creamy caeser,BBQ , which ever u prefer, and WHALAAA, the greatest high protein meal ever!! I was so tired or plain old dry chicken breasts so went to to grocery store and looked for ways to spice it up without sacraficing nutritional value, this one was my fav

I'd use REAL cheese and the low/no carb BBQ sauce and have a great fat/protein meal!
