Carbs, Fat, More Carbs...no sir. Maybe try protein and carbs (egg whites and oatmeal) or protein and fat (egg/egg whites and cottage cheese)

Protein, Complex Carbs, Simple Sugars and Fiberous Carbs. Dump the fruit like a bad habit.

Protein and ??? Carbs were in the last meal, so make this a pro/fat meal.

Milk protein does digest slowly, but take a look at that "Nutrition Facts" label...especially take note of the SATURATED FAT item. Change this for a clean pro/fat meal.

After Pro Complex Shake <- not sure what's in this? i would suggst a protein/fat meal here

    (School Starts 7:30am) :spudnikre

8 am- Oatmeal, Nuts, Banana You are mixing your fats and carbs. separate those and loose the fruit

11am-Chicken Breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread, Serving of Fruit and Vegetables again, loose the fruit

1:30pm- Protein Bar MOST protein bars are not ideal for cutting IMO.

3:30- Turkey sandwich, Serving of fruit and vegetables should be on 100% whole wheat bread, and no fruit.

    5pm- 1 hour of lifting(OH YEAH)
Afterwards Pro Complex Shake this needs to be a protein/simple carb shake(i.e. dextrose)

7:30- Dinner(usually consist of well balanced meal-carbs, protein,
vegetables) carbs should be low glycemic and meal should be low fat

Before bed- Miscellar Casein shake add a tablespoon of flax to this

    Supps:
Multi, CLA, Flax, Betalin(from BSN) flax and cla should be taken with your protein/fat meals
you might want to bring pro/fat snacks to school rather than fruits and protein bars.
