    help with diet please!

    Wuz up guys, I have just dropped from 210 to 172 since Jan 10. I did my bf yesterday and it is at 9%. I am happy with the way I look but I feel that I should be harder than what I am. I atribute it to the cutting of carbs. A norma day lokks like this for me:
    7:00am glutamine with nitrix oxide(metrx)
    Cardio on empty stomach 30min at 6mph.(I was doing Ihour for 3months but I was feeling to thin.)
    9:00
    10egg whites, 2wheat toast
    11:00
    train one body part
    12:00
    whey protein(50-60g) with an apple
    2:00
    fish with 1/2 cup of brown rice or 1?2 baked potato
    4:00
    2 cans of tuna
    6:00
    2 cans of tuna
    8:00
    fish, steak or chicken with salad
    11:00
    40g whey protein
    I have done this for the last three months. Are my carbs to low.I do the cardio 5-6x's a week. Please give any suggestions. would creatine help(NOexplode) I would like to just get harder and a little more vascular!

    creatine will make you take in water to your muscles, this could result in bloating. maybe cut back on sodium?

    cardio is HR dependent keep it @ 65% MHR for 40+min for best results
    usually a fast walk in a slight incline.
    Replace Toast w/ Old Fashion Oats
    AND READ ALL THE STICKIES AT THE TOP


    TWICE!
    because ur gonna loose a lot of muscle w/ that diet if you havent already done so

    o btw tuna w/o may or flax is not too bright also for your weight i wouldnt take in more than 40g Pro per meal

    tahnks bro, i don't feellike i have lost too much muscle but about a week ago I started to feel it brning away. That is why I cut cardio in half

    double duration but decrease to a speed walk, that way the body will burn fat and not try to utilize protein for fuel.

    read stickys and yes you shud up them a lil bit and incorporate more EFA's
    and why protein before bed is not bright
    go w/ a longer lasting protein and some flax oil
