What yall think is better?? immediately after workout or 10-15 minutes after workout is over?
I take mine in five minutes after my last set. I drink mine kinda slow like 10 mins or so.
I am shaking mine up on my way to the car, i slowly drink it over 10 minutes or so...
yea i usually do the same.
I try to have it drank within fifteen minutes of working in order to maximize my anabolic window
