    I know and believe that, is there a point where the body stop processing food? Is their a plateau?

    Personally I let people believe what they wish to believe, as I have no time to argue back/forth and try to "prove" anything to anyone.

    I just let my pictures talk for me, that usually shuts them up quickly.

    Good way to put it!!! thanks... I guess I should put on 20-30 more lbs in order to prove my point! (new goal)lol

    yes, excess protein will probably put extra stress on your kidneys, but it doesn't go to waste if you don't go incredibly overboard on it all.
