feeling guilty
after 4 months of strict diet ,today i cheated i ate a double whooper and 2 icecream bars am i fine or this will screw my all my diet i couldnt hold my self i felt like my body need it

The only thing you probably did is boosted your metabolism a bit. refeeds keep your body from adapting to your diet. I've eaten much worse than that on my cheat days...and i do it every week.

Its natural for alot of people to feel very guilty after they cheat, but sometimes a cheat day is just what you need to keep you on track....and btw, the food that you said you ate, that would have been an appetizer for me when i cheat!!!

thanx guys ...i will keep this in mind i didnt knew that strict can be bad for teh metabolism if it is too long
