How many cheat days do you get?

I was reading in Muscle and Fittness That if your below 10% bf you can cheat every 3 or 4 days. Any comments or suggestions from you guys?

i personally have 1 cheat day per week norm a saturday,prob 2 cheat meals on that day but thats just me other people differ.

everyone respones differently.. and 10% isn't really that great for myself,,, i'm at 8% and still not where i want to be.. but soon as u get under 6-7 becomes really tough loosing fat

i normally have ONE cheat MEAL per week...even after that i usually go to the gym to do some cardio.....for some reason...with the results ive been gettin the last couple of weeks...i cant seem to get it through my head that its alright to have an all out cheat meal/day...my cheat meal is usually something small and not all that bad....usually its a Donair or a burger and salad....

I put myself to one hudge entire cheat day a month, and be strict the other 29 days, for me it works because after i eat all that ****, i dont even wanna look at it for 2 weeks, then i start getting the itcha gain for oce cream, cookies, and all that, so for me it works, plus its always harder to lose fat the nit is to maintain a BF%, so for right now ill stick with once a month till i get my desired weight

Anyone suspect that the amount of cheating and ones overall body fat might be related? It's only an hypothisis on my part.

1 Cheat meal a week then a Cheat Day once every 2 weeks but nothing crazy on my cheat day just not the same ol diet intake

1-2 cheats days p/w.
