Would anyone be interested in this?
Since I have a HUGE fascination in how minerals, vitamins efa's and antioxidants work I was thinking I could use this forum as motivation to read upp more on it and then share what I get to know.
Would anyone be interested in a complete breakdown of what functions the comon minerals and vitamins have, where they can be found and what ammounts we should eat, also how we should combine them for the best upptake and positive effects?
If the interest for that is big I might also then research efa's to try and figure out what the needs realy are(since honestly we dont get all we need from flax alone).
The last thing I would do is to compile a list of antioxidants and how they need to be combined to work(since most antioxidants alone doesnt realy work or can acctualy be harmfull).
Let me know if that would be something you guys would like to read. Im not sure if I even can do all that or how long it would take though(since Im studying for a HUGE maths exam right now). The vitamins and minerals should be the easiest thing I recon. But it has to be divided into what peopled with fast vs slow metabolism need and so on so its a bit more complex then it might seem initialy.

I would be very interested in this johan. I have a folder that i keep stuff in(such as hooker's drug profiles, diet facts, etc) and this would just add to it. A suggestion of mine would be to maybe list the recommended dosage for the avgerage Joe and an active athlete/body bldr. I'm always open to learning and would even like to help out where i can. (just pm me) Maybe it could be a sticky in the supplements forum or something?

ok then Il start digging maby tonight even. But wont start with it seriously until next week(I was gonna buy some books on the subject next week when I get cash so that is what Im gonna base it on).

there is a book out by dr. michael colgan that goes into detail on all vitamins/minerals and how they affect each and every individual physiological aspect of the body and what doses to use. i got it but i dont know where.. its not exactly the easiest or best read but its VERY informing....

well this was bad timing. My sisters internet(who I live with)got shut down on friday so I probably wont have internet until I move back to my apartment in june
