Thinking of adding a meal to my diet n taking out a shake, heres what my diet would look like ,i basically eat 2 dinners..
Meal 1- 2 full eggs, 3 eggwhites, 1 piece nonfat cheese, 2 pieces rye
Meal 2- can of tuna, some mayo
Meal 3- grilled chk,melted cheese,ranch-pro 35 fat from ranch/cheese
Meal 4- tuna, 2 pieceswheat bread. miracle whip- pro 45 carb 26 fat 7
WORKOUT
Meal 5- PWO
meal 6-chk, cheese, ranch7:30 at night 40 pro fat from ranch/cheese(0 carb ranch)
meal 7-steak n a1 9:30 at night- 50 pro
meal 8- protein pudding - at about 11 20 pro, carb 2, fat 2
Am i eating to late? this is my cutting diet right now, an prob gonna start clen in about a week would this bee a good diet, or am i eating to much for a cutting diet??
