Shakes vs Meals
Thinking of adding a meal to my diet n taking out a shake, heres what my diet would look like ,i basically eat 2 dinners..
Meal 1- 2 full eggs, 3 eggwhites, 1 piece nonfat cheese, 2 pieces rye
Meal 2- can of tuna, some mayo
Meal 3- grilled chk,melted cheese,ranch-pro 35 fat from ranch/cheese
Meal 4- tuna, 2 pieceswheat bread. miracle whip- pro 45 carb 26 fat 7
Meal 5- PWO
meal 6-chk, cheese, ranch7:30 at night 40 pro fat from ranch/cheese(0 carb ranch)
meal 7-steak n a1 9:30 at night- 50 pro
meal 8- protein pudding - at about 11 20 pro, carb 2, fat 2
Am i eating to late? this is my cutting diet right now, an prob gonna start clen in about a week would this bee a good diet, or am i eating to much for a cutting diet??

heres the sticky on cutting, i decided to put all my carbs pre workout, as many people do on cutting diets, how does my differ, i may have an extra 5-10 grams of fat, but thats about it

You should always eat protein with either fat or carbs. That way the fat and carbs get used for energy, not the protein.
Also you don't have enough fat in that diet, or any EFA's such as olive oil or flax seed oil. Your body will not lose fat without some intake of it through diet.

ight man revised my diet, whatu guys think, lol i added more fat(u would think that would be bad) but is this better?

your meal 7 has fat cuz of the steak
meal 1 shouldn't mix fats and carbs

bump, is this a good diet for cutting fat and keep, maybe even gainng some muscle mass?( i will be running clen for 6 weeks, first week 60 mcgs, then work up to 120 bye week 3 ,i hope to have 3 full weeks at 120 mcgs, prog gonna run hookers clen/benadryl cycle, what u guys think, also my workout when i start the clen is gonna be mon-tue thur-friday, so im gonna take the steak out on days i only do cardio(wed,sat,sun)
