    How to cook egg whites?

    You put them in a pan on the stove and cook em up just like scrambled eggs...you can make omlettes too. I like em scrambled myself...

    make sure you use a non-stick pan because they WILL stick like a mofo.

    They stick way worse than regular eggs..need spray for sure.

    I just nuke 'em in a tupperware...

    Though most of the time I don't bother cooking them... I just drink 'em straight raw (no not fresh whites, only the ones in cartons which are pasteurized!)
