    Pasta

Any thoughts you may care to share?
Excellent carb count, but not carb quality?
    Wheat pasta only?

I like whaet pasta better than white. Tastes great to me. Get some organic spagetti sauce so you won't have all the added sugar of the regular stuff. I also throw chooped walnuts into the sause to add some omega 3's and more fiber.
