hey
im going to start a cutting diet soon and i want to know why fruit and cutting dont go good together..id feel weird if i didnt have any fruit,what exactly would it do if i added some in my diet? im just confused on this,i tried searching,but cant find anything
any help is much appreciated,thanks

besides fructose is a worthless sugar IMO ...
only fruit i would take in is grapefruit (sp? yeah im tard) for its benifits in controlling BP and help in digestion. or an apple pre workout for lifting to acquire some citruline mallate.
oh boy, I see another fruit argument coming on. Lets just leave it as this - you either believe fruit are healthy and useful or you do not. Funny though, everyone here always quotes Berardi for his PWO nutrition suggestions and P/C/F seperation principles, yet forget his fruit/veg with every meal principle ;)
Not all fruit is bad... they have their time and place like everything else. I've just found that when dieting down, fruit is a luxury I can do without to get better results.

There are a few places you can fit fruit into a cutting diet, but it is best to leave it out for the most part. Sometimes I'll use fruit for PPWO, or for a pre-work out meal. But other than that, it is completley scrapped from my diet. When I bulk I tend to use a lot more fruit....
