    Pro absorb. Q

due to the fact you are depleted after a nights sleep and say after morning cardio... would it be possible for say to utilize a greater amount of protein say 10g more than you would normally at a later time in the day after you have already consumed a few meals ex.
    maybe 80g pro breakfast
then like 70g pro in all other meals through out the day?

because i notice when im starved and i eat a moderately large meal i dont feel as full as i would if i ate it at a later time.
and yes mother i wait 30min after eating to see if im still hungry...

i always have a scoop of protein(20g of pro for quick absorbtion because of the catabolic state you're when you wake up) then my 50g lean pro! IMO i think a quick absorbing pro is a must first thing in the morning!

I eat higher amounts of protein for my first and last meal of the day. Its kinda like front-loading.

What's with the 10mg dbol bridging theme now? I know all about it but don't believe it helps that much, if anything. I think 10mg is a waste.
