    measuring a tbsp

    is a tablespoon measurement considered flat across the spoon or rounded??? what do the makes of products go by when saying "1 tbsp"?

    I use a "real" tablespoon instrument w/the little line on the inside of the lip that denotes where you are to fill up to.

    Using silverware type TBSP's won't give you the same measurement.

    from what i have been told through the years, its a "big" spoon rounded.
