    Please Advise Diet Carbs Etc.

    Im 5'6 inches
    195lbs
    31yrs old
    most of my weight is in my belly

    im going to begin a cycle May 2 .

    Cycle comes from home page includes deca , test, nolv, win, clom.

    i wrote a diet plan please tell me what to do to improve diet
    i spent countless hours reading

    Meal 1 7:00am 3 Potatoes Medium
    6 egg whites

    Meal 2 9:00am 1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup soy milk
    4 bananas

    Meal 3 11:00am 1 scoop of whey protein
    1 cup brown rice
    1 can tuna w/mayo

    Meal 4 1:00pm Lean Body Protein Shake (Labrada 42gpro 24gcarb)

    Meal 5 2:00pm Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
    2 slice of wheat bread

    Meal 6 4:00pm 1 scoop of whey protein
    1 tlb flax oil

    Meal 7 6:00pm meatall food baked) Meat may vary
    chicken or
    porkchops or
    ground beef or

    broccoli
    potatoes
    carrots

    WORK OUT 8pm

    Meal 8 PWO 1 scoop of whey protein (22gpro 6gcarb) w/ dext (2:1) L-Glutamine
    2 Banana (in shake)

    Calories Count is about 3500
    Is this too many calories

    In not looking to gain more weight just trying to get lean

    Please advise
    Any Help is Greatly appreciated.

    Read the cutting sticky, that diet is horrible.
